Rum Fruit Harlequin: I could not find any classic recipes that included the word “Harlequin,” so I found a modern recipe for a rum harlequin, in the form of a cocktail. This cocktail had two shots of coconut rum, a half a shot of vermouth, lime juice, celery juice, and soda water. I threw it all together by putting a slice of lime on the glasses, and served it to my family after dinner. Below is a picture of the finished cocktail!

The other drink that was offered at the end of the meal was Cafe Caracolillo, which is a cuban coffee. My mom found the already ground up coffee mix at the grocery store, and we made it in the Kureg, in the interest of time. Below is a picture of the coffee with a dash of milk, as no one in my family is ballsy enough to drink black cuban coffee.
